i love how in book 3 Rafal kept saying old is new and how in book 4-5 Rhain and Japeth kept saying past is present like wow such a nice father and sons moment hahah
How could the characters think not telling Agatha the plan Tedros had was helping her “trust” them? By doing that she was just confused and concerned majority of the time. How could she trust them when they didn’t trust her with knowing the plan and acted like she would just mess it up? sorry for the mini rant, i didn’t really like how agatha…[Read more]
Am I the only one who doesn’t find Agatha controlling? Like in previous books I can’t think of a time she wouldn’t go along with a plan or would “mess it up” like they kept implying in this book. When Merlin or even Reaper had a plan she went along with it. In book one she didn’t want to do Tedros plan because it was what Sophie wanted them to do…[Read more]
You are not the only one. For the first challenge, I understood why she did what she did and considering how Japeth and Tedros where duking it out in a tree I don’t think you can really blame her for getting involved.
Yeah, Agatha isn’t controlling. The plan was already messed up, and it was the only thing she could think of to do in a split second. She didn’t know it would end up like it did, and she was only trying to help. Who’s been calling Agatha controlling?
A decent amount of the characters in the 6th book called Agatha controlling or said that if she knew what the plan was that she would mess it up or that she wouldn’t let it happen. Even if she did protest the plans I would understand that because the plans were sort of crazy, like it could totally work or it could blow up in your face.
Yeah, I don’t think she was controlling, if a little mistrustful of the others abilities (mainly Tedros and Sophie) I know this is quite unrelated, but I think Sophie deserves more credit, as they would have lost the 1st (or 2nd, my mind is blank, XD) challenge pretty quickly without her and Agatha intervening at the end!
who’s your favourite character?
Rhian surely. I just felt h was greatly misunderstood.
@ananya0804ofwoodsbeyond Omg, I thought everybody hated Rhian. But I am so glad that you love him just as much as I do!!! I must say though, I was very disappointed to learn that Rhian wasnt coming back in Book 6. I was holding on to the hope that he would….😥
Agatha is my fav but my list is
4. Chaddick (RIP he shouldn’t have died)
Hard decision tbh, either Agatha, Reena (loved her personality in OTK), or Hort.
I loved Bettina, I have no idea why Tedros would *Spoiler for OTK* choose Robin over her, and then he dies anyway!!!!
I know~ a Jaunt Jolie princess turned clever journalist bursting with sass and spunk? I love her!!
I think Tedros thought he could save both of them, I personally don’t think he was meaning to chose one over the other
Bettina or Kiko. R.I.P. Tristan because then Kiko never got her Ever After. 😢
I like Japeth and maybe Aric. Lol I don’t know why Aric but yah.
Hi! I don’t know if i’m the only one who doesn’t get some aspects of Chaddick’s and Excalibur’s storyline but …
1. Did Arthur know about Chaddick? Because if so why did he raise Tedros implying he was going to be king and why not avoid his son going through the embarrassment of failing his coronation? Unless he didn’t want anyone to know consid…[Read more]
1. Arthur might not have known who he was, however he may have seen him somehow pull it out.
2. I think that Japeth took his blood after he killed him.
It just occurred to me they never found a new school master. Honestly I thought Hester would be a perfect school master because she is evil but understands how important the balance between good and evil is.
yeah same I love hester but I feel like she would definitely favor Nevers, so I think Nicola would be a good Schoolmaster cause she went to both schools and is kinda 50/50
YES NICOLA FOR SCHOOL MASTER 2020
But in all honesty, Nicola would be such an amazing School Master. She campaigned for gender equality back in Gavaldon, and the schools wanted that! She is tough but fair, and knows her stuff. She is strong and kind and talented and clever and beautiful (and I may be a leetle bit in love with her) and she would…[Read more]
hehe yeah tho. I love how sassy and independent she is. She also cares a lot about family and equal rights which I love. She is a good role model for young kids, and she also is really intelligent and resourceful. Also a lot of people hate on her, which I can get cause she can kinda be a bit irritating sometimes (no offense, she may just correct…[Read more]
I think that Sophie and Agatha should be/should have been the SMs. Their love for each other surpasses a passion for Good and Evil, they have had to fix the balance several times in their teenage years alone, and one is near pure Good while the other near pure Evil. Plus, they blur the lines between Good and Evil, providing some sympathy for the…[Read more]
I love their relationship because it shows that if you really care about someone, you will go to great lengths to see them happy, even if it means giving up your own happiness which I think is so sweet
Technically Japeth got his happy ending. Yes he died but he would be reunited with Aric and that’s all he wanted.
i know so many people died in this book but i was expecting more of the main characters to die not just the adults. don’t get me wrong i didn’t want anyone to die but that’s just what i was expecting.
