Sorry I’ve been a little inactive; I’m back! Can someone catch me up to speed on what’s happened since the Oddesey’s stop in Maidenvale?
Oof! Well, Liesl, Melody and Juliette killed king charming and crowned Snow White queen and now we’re at Aphrodite’s palace eating dinner
“Yeah, I can’t say I have either! I’ve definitely seen them on maps in the palace, though. They’re beautiful from what I’ve seen and heard. Why? Did our reader Gabe manage to escape Gavaldon and make it through the woods before his time at school?” she teased, playfully nudging Gabe with her shoulder. “But, I’d say the more likely…[Read more]
“Come on Maesie, now it’s your turn. Share with us the secrets of your past,” Diana said as she turned to Maesie.
“Well, let’s see. I’m the daughter of the miller’s daughter, who Diana will probably know better as the Queen of Jaunt Jolie. She already knows about my parents though. Anyways, because of that whole…ordeal…with ***…[Read more]
“A quick walk around can’t hurt,” Diana finally caved, and Maesie’s dimples showed as she grinned.
“It was my ghost quip, wasn’t it? I knew it would work,” she teased, catching Diana’s free hand in her own and swinging it around absentmindedly as they walked. “You know, it’s kinda weird. I feel like I’ve been stuck inside my own head…[Read more]
Odette looked up as a commotion took place on the deck. She craned her neck for a better view and caught a few words as well as a glimpse of a stranger standing in front of Red, seemingly a threat.
“Take that b*tch to the dungeons!” The corners of Odette’s mouth tugged upwards at the captain’s words. Who didn’t love a little drama,…[Read more]
Could you stop using the B word? I get that my character is rude (as intended) but I would rather not be using swear words in a site that has a younger audience.
I don’t curse, like, ever, but it’s just the nature of the character. I do try to keep cursing to a minimum 😀
Maesie greeted Gabe with a wave and a smile before turning back to her plate. She had fallen asleep early last night, so her one leg bounced and her fingers drummed the table due to the extra stored-up energy pulsing through her veins. The food wasn’t like the food at school or home, but it didn’t taste bad. Suddenly, a loud thwack…[Read more]
“I don’t like her is all. I think she’s full of herself — she walks around like she owns the place. She doesn’t even bother to mix with us because she believes she’s above us.” Diana huffed, not looking at Odette. Odette sighed softly before opening her mouth, not sure how to defend one friend without hurting the other.
“If you two…[Read more]
“I’m not sure if…er…stoning her would be a good idea. See, there’s a group of students out right now looking for a cure for Kamaria. I’m pretty sure it would be more helpful if we just kept her in one place for a while and made sure she didn’t hurt anyone until that group comes back. We can’t cure Kamaria if she’s made of stone,”…[Read more]
“I think some of you already know, but I’ll share anyways. I have the talent to see things that are happening in a different area from where I’m standing. For example…” Rowan started, closing his eyes and frowning slightly as he focused. “For example, I can see that right now, the chefs are preparing spaghetti as one of the options for…[Read more]
Odette grinned at the mention of the memory.
“I was really considering toasting them and throwing them back out the window but then realized that I’d have a grieving evergirl to deal with. By the time I remembered that my status as a never would probably make the act of setting flame to Peter Pan’s lost boys admirable, we were on top of…[Read more]
