My Ranking Points
What do you think about an Aric reincarnation?
I really don’t want him to come back, since I don’t like him very much and he harmed a lot of people. He doesnt deserve to come back, for all he did in books 2-3. And it wouldn’t really fit in much with the storyline.
Just my opinion, don’t hate for this
I’m not sure… I think he will definitely play a role in the book due to his relationship with Japheth. Perhaps a narrator, observing and reacting to the plot even though he cannot interact with the characters? Or maybe having flashbacks to his time at school?
Did he die in Book 3? I can’t remember, I just thought he disappeared off the planet 😛
I hate Aric. If he comes back, I will riot. He’s such a disgusting character and his romance with Japeth is so creepy (no homophobia, I just despise both of them and the idea of them being together doesn’t sit right with me).
I think instresting relationship, and I want to see there interactions with eachother. But bringing him back would mean killing him and Japeth so they don’t team up and become the Kings of all the lands, because that would be horrible.
Plus, he deserves to be gone from the series. He tried to kill his mother, Rhain, Agatha, Hester, toutures Tedros, and killed Tristian.
I actually sort of want him to come back just because I think it’d be really interesting, but he doesn’t deserve to
I don’t know if Japheth could bring Aric back to life though – I think it goes one brother becomes the all powerful one true king, the other can bring any person back to life. I think with the role reversal, Japheth would become the one true king and Rhian would have the wish to bring someone back to life, although I do not know if Rhian’s wish died with him or if it is transferred to someone new, eg Japeth or perhaps Sophie
@everimagine but doesn’t the king also get the thingy where if they write something down it happens? So japeth could write that Aric comes back to life. Unless I’m remembering that wrong which is entirely possible
Mabye it transferred to Sophie, and she decides to bring Rhian back
That’s a good point @moreexpressolessdepresso. There is still the wish for one to be brought back to life, and one to become the Storian essentially. So each side could end up with something – even if Japeth could bring back Aric (I don’t know if the One True King has any limits to their power) Sophie, Agatha, Tedros and co. could still be able to bring someone back to life
