The group had been walking for a while now, and they had started to get a little tired. Lyra walked next to Diana, Ally and Anne, occasionally chatting, but mostly concentrating on the path ahead.
“How long do you think we’ll be walking for?” Someone at the back of the group asked loudly.
“I’m not sure.” Said Diana, glaring ahead as th…[Read more]
I think I might do weekly questions in this group, since I have hundreds of theories about the handbook and lots of spare time.
So I guess this weeks question it: How did the illustrations compare with your imagination? In the graduating class section, with images of Tedros, Agatha, Beatrix, Kiko and the like, did these pictures look like how you…[Read more]
I 100% agree, Agatha and Tedros don’t look at all what i accepted, I think Beatrix looks the same, :P, Agatha’s neck is far too long…lol. Agatha in the 1st book (the cover) was what I really like! Same with Tedros in the second book 😛
@chloetheasian Hester is supposed to have red and black hair but the handbook her just has black
I think that they all looked kinda creepy. Their faces were really long! But I thought the coven were Spot on.
“And while they’re distracted, we swim the moat and run to the gate” Lyra continued.
“Which, hopefully, will already be opened by the others who went before us.” Anne finished.
They all stood by the window, waiting for the right moment.
“Look, there’s Diana and the rest of the group.” Lyra pointed quietly, following them with her eyes a…[Read more]
So this chapter has reference to the handbook and all of the notes inside by Hester, but since she’s not around in this rp, lets just pretend that one of Lyra’s old friends that used to go to the school wrote them.
Trying on the ring and standing in front of the mirror, Lyra gazed in awe as she went invisible.
“nice!” she said, smiling.…[Read more]
I’ve been searching for these swan things for ages and I still can’t find them! I still need 4 pieces of the puzzle.
Ok, new question about the handbook. As an ever myself, I love Dean Dovey, but she seemed quite stuck up in the handbook to me. I know Sophie was too, but Dovey always had to undermine Sophie.
One example is when they are talking about how Sophie won Trial by Tale and the Circus of Talents in her first year, Dean Dovey says:
‘You, the Reader, can…[Read more]
I haven’t thought of that before but I think that Dovey undermine Sophie because she didn’t get used with her leadership as principal, did she?
well, technically, Agatha illegally helped Sophie in the Trial, because otherwise, Sophie would have died, so that might be what she was referring to
I see what u mean I agree she never liked Sophie much did she I suppose to have a former student (1 u don’t like) suddenly on ur level, and replacing ur dead best friend probably makes dovey feel like SHE’S being undermined! And then there’s the way she spoke to Sophie at the beginning of QFG
Watching out of her dorm window, Lyra could see some of the others crossing the moat. She sighed nervously.
“What are they doing? They need to distract the wolves and fairies! What are we going to do if we can’t get rid of them?” she whispered to Ally and Anne.
They all sat in silence, terrified, but also excited. Lyra had been missing…[Read more]
haha I love how Ophelia’s included in that comparison even though she’s an Ever.
sorry I meant Odette! Sometimes I get mixed up with all the names ahh
Where is everyone going to meet up? Sorry if someone’s already said it and I’ve missed it haha
no problem! I think that the groups go out one by one to the gates, starting with Gabriel, Maesie, Diana and ending with Odette, Astrid, Grace. But I’m not completely sure… @than???
It was starting to get dark, so Lyra, Ally and Anne returned to their dorm to get ready.
Lyra put on her usual out-of-uniform outfit: green tunic and trousers, modelled after her grandfathers outfit in all of his story books.
Her short brown hair, which had slowly grown to shoulder length by now, was ******* in a ponytail.
Last of all,…[Read more]
