My Ranking Points
Allo, all 190 peoples of the SGE student council! Yes, 190. We’ve grown a lot since Salt started this.
How’s your week been? Any news? I had a snow day, which was lovely, but I found out I’m allergic to the cold. It su.cks.
Here’s the first of several quizzes from last year:
SGE question of the week: If you could mogrify into any animal, what would you choose? I’d choose a hawk, because I want to fly.
Happy birthday, @hopepixie22!
I think that’s all… Have a great day, week, and month beyond!
A) My weeks been broken, thanks for asking 😊
B) I would mogrify into a Greyhound/Husky mix. Like a fluffy Greyhound. They have amazing qualities, both appearance and personality wise.
1) I’ve had a bunch of trouble with schoolwork and stuff this whole month, so that’s been frickin’ terrible.
On the other hand, there was that pretty awesome senior prank where the high school seniors in my school hid tiny little toy ducks EVERYWHERE, on top of lockers and fire hydrants and door hinges and teachers’ desks, inside of unlocked lockers and trophy cases and sinks and water fountains and bathroom stalls, there were ducks all over the place! I helped a bit, actually. I was the only one there when they were placing the ducks, and they put some just in the middle of the floor and I was like “don’t do that! people are gonna be stepping on the poor babies!” and picked them up and found other hiding places for them. Apparently they told the whole school that there was $200 hidden inside one. So as soon as lunch period started, every kid in the school was running around grabbing all the ducks they could find. Some were really after the money, some were like “there is no money, idiots!!!” and some were like “of course there’s no money. but the ducks are fun!”
Plus I finished writing the song parodies of Love Story and Look What You Made Me Do that I started forever ago, which was AWESOME!
I’m also working on planning the Snow Ball, and two people’s site-iversary parties next month which they asked me to plan for them because they’re not as good at it. And yesterday was Tedros Appreciation Day, so I threw the site party for that which is still going on my activity if any of y’all who haven’t seen it wanna join!
Actually, yesterday I hesitated for a weird amount of time before posting it. I hadn’t been able to think of nearly as many themed decorations and stuff as usual, and I felt like I hadn’t asked around for tags as much as I could have and just generally hadn’t put as much into it as I normally put into site parties I throw. Plus I had other site-related worries on my mind. Like how I probably should’ve at least tuned in to watch the Trial go down but I hadn’t. And how I haven’t been welcoming any newbies. I guess it’s just that the thought of there being a whole wave of newbies who don’t even know the Open Chat exists can be so depressing it gets hard to think of facing them at all even just to welcome them to the site (and inform them of the Open Chat’s existence).
I don’t know why, but I was just feeling so, SO depressed and guilty over all that. And just really REALLY burned out for some reason. Like, half of me didn’t even want to post the party because it felt like I hadn’t done enough to make it awesome but I still felt, like, obligated to post it since it was Tedros Appreciation Day and since I had already told a bunch of people I’d do it? And then I started wondering if site party planning was getting to be more of a job and an obligation than something I did for fun? All kinds of stuff like that. It was BAD.
(And I do still love throwing site parties, even in THAT mood the thought of the Snow Ball was still exciting for me once Berry reminded me of that. She also suggested we start welcoming newbies again and invite a bunch of them to the Snow Ball as, like, an introduction to the awesomeness of site parties.)
Berry gave me some words of encouragement, enough to convince me to go ahead and post the Snow Ball party and that it would still turn out great.
I had to take several hours to try and get rid of the burnt out depressed feeling before I could actually join the comments though. Turns out, picking up a new book and reading it from beginning to end in one sitting is all it takes sometimes! XD I’m not kidding, I felt 100% better by the time I was done with the book!
…So yeah. This week’s been a mixed bag.
I’m feeling all right at the moment. Other than the homework assignments hanging over me that I’m stuck on and that my mom’s on my tail to just finish already.
2) A TROLL!!! Duh!! Though I wouldn’t call them “animals,” I feel like “creatures” is the word to use here.
Don’t worry Boom boom your parties are always awesome
I haven’t attended most of them because my tablet cannot handle them, the sheer amount of comments and videos causes it to shut down
I think it’s mainly the YouTube links, everything’s good till I get to them, then the screen goes black
So I generally don’t comment on most of your posts as I physically can’t
It’s okay to take a break when you feel burned out
I’ve actually been wondering about welcomings too lately. I never did much except comment welcome but I don’t think I’ve seen very many welcomings lately. I think it’s cuz open chat is down and I never really go on the rest of the forums but I don’t see a lot of new users generally
Good luck with the school work
Okay, little ducks are one of the best pranks I’ve heard of. Glad that you were able to help a little bit with those. 😀
You’re parties are always amazing. It’s hard, though, because not as many people are active on here anymore. I’m glad you still enjoy throwing them, though.
Reading books always help.
Okay, true. I’m not surprised that you’d choose a troll.
*bounces into the room and spits out the gag that you put on me earlier*
HIGH ON A HILL WAS A LONELY GOATHERD
LAYEE ODL LAYEE ODL-OO LAYEE-OO
1. my week’s been cra.p
2. I’d mogrify into a panda, because they’re just so cuteee
*drops the earplugs into the ocean*
welp, Kira’s never getting those back.
My week’s been fine. Although coming up is a Numeracy assessment so I’m worried about that.
I would mogrify into a small turtle, a kitten, or a dinosaur.
Almost two hundred
I always feel so proud to be third on that tag list, it’s silly but I like being high up on it. Cuz it means that I was the third to join, Salty founded, then you joined, then me. It’s crazy there’s 190 tags on that list now. The post used to be before the tags but now there’s so many you can’t even do that
My week… Unexpected. I don’t know how much detail to go into but for the sake of not ranting I’ll leave it at that
I’d choose a peregrin falcon I think. I’d wanna fly too
I wanna tell you about work and stuff but if I start it will be difficult to stop so I’ll spare you the education update, except to say the situation is deteriorating
I wish you a good week and beyond too

sorry i watched all there HSM movies last night so I’m a bit…oBsEsSeD
my week was…fine, I guess. the weekend has been nice, I had a sleepover last nigh and went to the mall with my friends today then saw Little Women (which is pretty great, there’s a super cute dude in it omg)
dang, that *****. especially in canada where it’s cold for like nine months of the year 🙁
I honestly don’t know…if we’re doing real animals probably an owl so I could fly and scare people with my twirly head oooh
later tater! see ya next week!
That was impressive.
Glad you had a good sleepover, those tend to be fun 😀
… I cannot believe you just said those words. “Twirly head.”
thank you, thank you very much *Elvis bow*
yes I did say that
I am not wrong
Currently I’m still really interested in porcupines, so I’d go with that. However, if I could be a mythical creature I would absolutely be a Mishipeshu.
So, Kiramaeger cast, songs and trailer dropped.
Opening: Pretty good, it’s fun, has a nice feel. Ending: It feels and sounds more like an opening and I have no problems with that, it is absolutely in my top three favourite toku endings. ….I was hoping for an ending dance though….
I still hope that Mayumi Gojo will do an opening theme one day, I still really like how she handled the Timeranger cover for the 40×45 show
I really love the soundtrack playing throughout the first minute.
They have a gamer and a doctor on the team you know what that means? Ex-Aid jokes galore. I also expect solid interactions between them and Emu if they ever end up doing crossover movies again.
The costumes are nice, they remind of Magiranger red and gold is pretty combo.
That moon villain, very nice.
The vehicles look pretty, the combo is pretty nice, and then you look at the toys. Those toys, when combined, do not look good.
What in the world is that pose though. (1:57)
I had to look up what that animal was. As soon as I saw the description of underwater panther, I agreed.
That is a fun opening.
The costumes are great, I agree with that 😉
Thank you for the apology, the first time I tried access this post again I went too fast and scrolled down just far enough to read your apology then the screen went black and I don’t know how the cosmos lined up for that to happen at that exact moment but it was so coincidental I couldn’t stop laughing XD
I took my time, and gave the post a chance to load and all good, I don’t want to risk hitting load more on your comments though so doing have my usual type of reply
What’s a mishipeshu? Imma look it up
“Mishipeshu translates into “the Great Lynx”. It has the head and paws of a giant cat but is covered in scales and has dagger-like spikes running along its back and tail.[not verified in body] Mishipeshu calls Michipicoten Island in Lake Superior his home and is a powerful creature in the mythological traditions of some Native American tribes. To the Algonquins, the underwater panther was the most powerful underworld being. The Ojibwe traditionally held them to be masters of all water creatures, including snakes. Some versions of the Nanabozho creation legend refers to whole communities of water lynx.” – Wikipedia
That is absolutely awesome
I’m so glad I asked
I’d want to be a raven or a crow. FLYING YEET YEET. I survived midterm week, thankfully. it wasn’t super bad. Though, I still have to turn in one midterm since it was a project. Also, IMA GO SEE FROZEN THE MUSICAL ON BWAY TOMORROW!!
IT WAS AMAZING
Also skipped the first half of school today cause I came home at midnight. That’s a plus. The costumes, the sound, the music, the CGI, THE PERFORMERS AND STAGE CREW AND ORCHESTRA MEMBERS = RESPECT *chef kiss*
