My Ranking Points
The Elemental Rebellion II: The Faerie Revolution
I hated unpredictbility.
It can be small things, like Lyn coming through the wrong door.
“Petal, get yourself over here,” Joe hissed, when I was tapping at the door.
“No, Joe, it’s this door,” I hissed at him.
The door next to him flew open. “Stop arguing and get in,” Lyn snapped, before beckoning us in.
Moderate things, like Cerene being in completely the wrong place at the wrong time.
We were in the secret room, Lyn sitting on the only chair, while me, Joe and Ellen were left to sit on the floor. “Where is she?” I asked Lyn.
She looked mystified. “I don’t know. She should have been here five minutes ago.”
“I’ll ask her,” Ellen said. She closed her eyes, but couldn’t hear anything.
Lyn and Ellen left the room, leaving me and Joe there. Alone.
And then there are big things, like… well.
“Well, Bluebell, it looks like it’s just you and me,” Joe said. I glared at him. I noticed that his hands were fiddling and he was shaking a bit.
“Joe? Are you okay?” I asked.
He shook his head. “Fleur?” That was when I knew it was bad. Joe never udea my real name.”I might be… slightly…”
“What?” I asked, urgently.
“Ummm… claustrophobic.” I breathed out.
“Seriously?” I had thought it was much worse.
“It’s serious! I bet you have a phobia of something!”
I shook my head. “I’m not scared of anything.”
He snorted. “Fleur, I’m starting to get realy panicked!” His voice rose at the end of the sentence, and I moved closer.
“What do I do?”
He was shaking. “Distract me!”
I was beginning to panic as well. “How?”
“I’m sure you can think of a few ways!” His voice was very, very high pitched.
“Bats can hear frequencies of over 20000 hertz. I am not a bat.”
“I don’t care about bats, just distract me!”
I ran through things in my mind, but I came up with nothing. I moved even closer, and I thought I felt his shakes lessen slightly. “Joe?” He didn’t reply. “Joe! Joe, if you are dead, then I swear to god I will – ”
He jumped out at me. “You’ll what, Snowdrop?”
He was still afraid, but his shakes has subsided. “I’ll – I’ll – oh, curse you, Joe!”
He was way too close to me. Way, way too close. Maybe that was why I kissed him.
Or maybe it was because he needed a distrction.
Or maybe because I wanted to.
But I did.
He leaned into it for a second or two, but then jumped away. “What – why?”
My face was burning, and I couldn’t reply. I didn’t need to.
A girl was standing in the doorway. Tall, pretty, with curly red hair and sparkling green eyes. She laughed. “You really, really need some practise.”
That just about summed it up.
Hope you liked it!
Wow. Just AMAZING. I LOVE IT!!!
Can u plz give me a few writing tips?
Later maybe. But my main one is just write when you feel like it! If you force it out, it’ll come out wrong, so if you can’t think of what to say, then maybe do something else for a while
Tag me please!!! How do you write so many stories at the same time… and keep up with all of it… and make it all SO GOOD?!
