Personality: huge fan of chaos (it makes him laugh). Regan (to the Nevers) is like an annoying older brother. He makes fun of them a lot but most times they can’t help but to laugh even if it’s them he’s making fun of. He has a joke for everything. and if anything he needs to learn to shut up. Regan especially loves to make fun of the stereotypes for evers and nevers. Unlike others he already knows that not all evers and Nevers are the same. He still isn’t a fan of good but he gets that sometimes a girl might want to pick up a sword and boy might want to stay out of the fight because like them secretly he’s just a never trying to get someone to bust a gut.
