i hope you’re keeping safe and smart during these troubling times, and getting up to lots of fun — and writing ! i myself haven’t been on here in a good while, but with all the extra time i’ve had in quarantine, i managed to whip up a prologue for what i’m *hoping* i can motivate myself into being a reboot of my old RP, Blood For Blood.

for those who are unfamiliar with the story (most, i’d assume, i am a user from a very long time ago) here’s the blurb, if you could call it that:

In the modern world where the supernatural is ridiculed and made into fairy-tales, a small group of people have had to do their utmost to defend themselves from a hidden danger. The one parents warn their children of, who lie waiting in the dark, clawed hands waiting to reach out and ****** you up, fangs aching to pierce porcelain skin.

Somewhere in southern Romania, a special school exists, hidden from the world. Here, the blood relatives of vampire slayers can learn how to defend themselves against the bloodsuckers, as well as how to hunt them down. Or more specifically, kill them.

It’s a new year at the Bloodwood Academy of Vampire Hunting, with a fresh batch of students arriving, their greatest possessions being the secrets they hold dear. Things are starting to happen. Bad things.
When friend becomes foe, and the truth is hidden behind a school based on fabricated lies, only one thing can be certain.

Humans have blood.
It is what connects them, moulds them and binds them together.
