My Ranking Points
Sorry it’s short I was pretending to do homework
This is set in the Victorian times. Danae’s family is lesser royalty of a small English island.
LOVE RULES ALL
“So, let’s go,” said Karissa.
“They’d be gone by now! To fight her!” said Danae in an almost-whiny voice.
“You want to go?” said Karissa calmly.
“No! Well, yes, but… no!” said Danae, words tripping over each other over. “They hate me!”
Who? Eglantine quizzed. The other Tributes? Granted, you killed Capricorn in a freak accident where your power didn’t come out… but… not strong enough for HATE!!!
“The Tributes, yes,” said Danaë. “They hate me.”
“So, we have to prove your worth,” said Karissa, flicking her auburn hair. “Your worth to be in the pack. So you can be accepted by the alpha again.”
If you don’t mind me saying, chirruped Sagittarius, I have reason to believe Taurus is in love with Aries. So maybe when he gets hurt, go and swoop in, save him.
“Swoop in.” Danae blinked.
Awkward silence (if you know me, you know I love awkward silences in stories OwO).
“Oh! I almost forgot!” cried Karissa, stepping closer to Danae. She took her smooth obsidian dagger, with the ruby hilt, and pressed it into Danae’s palm. “Fight well.” She began to shimmer, form quickly disppearing and fading.
“No, wait!” blurted Danae, mouth full of thoughts she didn’t know how to say properly. How do I fight? What if they don’t forgive me? What if Taurus doesn’t like Haruto? How do I get there?
“Oh, you’ll figure everything out,” smiled Karissa, almost gone. “Fight well.”
And… she was gone.
Fight well, fight well, fight well.
Noice job! I get what you mean by pretending to do homework though, I do it too.
