Hello! Welcome to RP level 0! I’m Carrot, a Second Year 73/36 Girl. You can click to view my activity here @carrot123. Firstly, what is RPing? RP stands for Role Play. You create your own stories collaborating with other people or by yourself using a character you have constructed. Here are a few basic things you must know before you begin writing your stories.
There are four RP levels. RP level 0 is where you start if you’re new to Roleplaying, then, when you feel more advanced you can move onto RP level 1. RP levels 2 and 3 are for collaborations where you write together as a whole level often writing a chapter each in a specific order or just comment chains following the same storyline. Before you join the story and write your POV (point of view) you need to write a bio (biography) about your character.
All your characters must have bios. Bios give information about the character which helps the reader feel more connected to them whilst reading. Here is an example of a bio template… The *s are necessary.
        School (if SGE related):
        Fingerglow (if SGE related):
You are welcome to add anything to your bio’s. The more detailed, the better!
Your character must have flaws. A flaw is an imperfection in their personality, appearance or backstory. If a character doesn’t have a weakness, they are called Mary Sues and are not enjoyable to read about because we can already guess what is going to occur later on in the story and they’re unbelievable.
No plagiarizing (copying) or using other people’s characters without their permission. People may not agree with their character being friends with your character, so always remember to ask.
Please do not spam one-liners on the RP chats as they push down the stories which have had a lot of hard work into them. One-liners are posts that include no information, for example, ‘Hi, how are you?’
People may ask to be ‘tagged’. This means they want to make sure they get every chapter of the story and don’t miss out on chapters. To tag someone, you put an @ and then their name. For example, @carrot123 .
I would advise you write out your stories on a separate document before posting. If you lose what you’ve written by reloading the page, you won’t get it back.

Also remember that there are younger users present on the site so all content should be kept to PG so we avoid scaring or disturbing them. Please refrain from swearing.
Finally, just generally be kind and respectful, bullying isn’t tolerated! If people are bullying or blackmailing one another, we will report them and tell Jun, and in serious cases, they’ll get banned.
It is unlikely you will use emoji’s whilst writing, but here are the formulas. And don’t just spam random chats with them, because it clogs up the writing on the forum.

We hope you have an enjoyable experience on this site and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. We will be happy to answer!

Hi! Please don’t post one-liners, short bits of writing, or anything irrelevant to RP.
