My Ranking Points
So, maybe when I said I couldn’t be happier to be here, I was wrong. There are lots of people, and yeah, people? Not my strong suit. I just barely managed to grab my timetable and uniform and dash up to my room before my roommates. Now I just have to pull myself together, before the welcoming assembly. I open my trunk and take out the checklist:
Prove them wrong
Ignore the people. They’re not there.
Look your best all the time. You don’t know who’s watching.
Top of the class is a must. If you’re first ranked, they’ll see you as the leader. No ranks below 3rd. Plus, the doom room nightclub!
Find your coven. Find your own Anadil and Dot.
First impressions are everything.
Get Dean Sophie to notice you, and take a liking to you.
I take a deep breath and think, what would Hester do? What would Sophie do? What can I do to be them together? Well, both of them would want a grand entrance to the Welcoming. So, I hop off the bed, walk into the bathroom with all my products, and close the door. Time to get my head straight.———————————————————————————————————-
After retouching my makeup, I step out of the bathroom, and to my surprise, there’s a girl sitting in the bed next to mine. I slam the bathroom door quickly and start to panic. Breathe in 4, hold 4, breathe out 4, hold 4. I calm down slowly. I slowly creak the door open, and without looking at her, I walk with my head up high to my trunk. “ Hi! I’m Asha! What’s your name? I’m so excited to be here!”
Oh no. We’ve got a hyper one. The door opens and a girl walks in and flops on the last bed. “Hi! I’m Asha! Aren’t you sooooo excited?!”
A groan comes from her bed. Well, this will be fun. If I could hide under my bed, I mean.
