My Ranking Points
Here’s character 2/2. She’s going to be a refreshing break from our usual evil characters,
Age: 15. Born on May 13, 1252. Kidnapped and taken to SGE in 1267.
Height: 5 ft 6 in
Relationship Preference: Lesbian
Time Period: Medieval France. 13th century.
Power: An excellent potion maker, with an incredibly keen (almost magical) sense of smell.
Colour of magic: Pale green
Fairytale relative: Her mother claims that they are the last in many great lines of heroism and royalty, but in reality they are just peasants.
Appearance: Caroline is average height, and very oddly proportioned. She has a long torso and short legs. Her arms are very thin, but she has a chubby stomach. Her skin is very pale, and she has ***** blonde hair, which is hardly ever washed. Her Jaír falls in greasy clumps down to her shoulders. It is cut rather haphazardly, and is burned in sections. Her hair is very straight, dull, and limp. Almost like a dead animal hanging off of her face. Perhaps the only beautiful thing about Caroline is her hazel eyes. However, due to the fact that the is always scowling, this beauty is lost. Caroline had scattered freckles on her body, but none on her face. She has some burn scars on her hands from potion making. Overall, Caroline could be beautiful if she tried, but she doesn’t.
Personality: Caroline’s defining feature is her laziness and lack of motivation. She desperately wishes to be free and independent, and she has the means to become so, but she doesn’t try to help herself at all. She can be a tad emotionally perceptive when she wants to, but is better at noticing physical changes in her environment. Surprisingly, she is incredibly creative, and could solve most any difficult problem if she so chose. However, she lacks all or any motivation. Since she lives in the dark ages, she has had no education whatsoever. She cannot read or do math. She is physically and mentally weak. Caroline is 100% a follower. She likes to find someone to hide behind, and work for, even if she hates them. Having someone bigger and stronger around gives her the courage and motivation to do things. Caroline, despite her laziness, illiteracy, and lack of motivation, is incredibly full of herself. She can often be heard mumbling her own arrogant thoughts to herself. Caroline thinks she is above everyone, but she would never say this to anyone. She sees herself as confident, even though she never challenges people she sees as authority figures. Caroline often goes out of her way to hurt others, and she rarely ever jokes. She has very little shame yet is cold towards others. She will lash out at those who are bothering her. She’s not a flirt in any sense. Her upbringing has made her very isolated and disloyal.
Hobbies: Caroline is skilled at making her own potions. She doesn’t know what she’s doing, and there is no rhyme or reason to it, but she knows what two flowers mixed together make poisons.
Clothes: Caroline wears a dark brown, wool, very ***** dress that buttons up to the chin and goes to her ankle, and brown leather slippers. Her dress is torn and her shoes have holes in the soles. Caroline looks very unkempt, and is very unlikable at first glance. She stands slumped, and has a very angry, dreary presence.
Occupation: Takes care of her mother. Lives in a shack on the far outskirts of the kingdom.
Weapon: Potions. Sometimes uses a rusty knife to scare away the tax collector.
Background: Caroline’s mother Elizabeth lived in the palace in the kingdom long before Caroline was born. She was a low servant who worked in the kitchens. Wanting to elevate her status in the kingdom, Elizabeth began to secretly flirt with the kings young son, Prince Thomas. She eventually seduced him and later realized she was pregnant. She announced the presence of her baby in front of the king, prince, and nobles. The prince declared that she was a witch, and that she had used a love potion on him. Elizabeth was banished to the forest, to live a life of solitude. She was not burned alive in order to spare her baby. She gave birth to a daughter, Caroline. She and Caroline lived alone for all of Caroline’s life. Elizabeth became bitter and her daughter learned to hate the world. The only contact they had with the outside world were occasional passerby and the tax collector, who Elizabeth always chased off.
