I don’t know if this has been said or not but maybe Anne Hathaway ( the White Queen in Alice in Wonderland 2010 ) as Lady Lesso ?

I think she’s too young for Dovey. Dovey’s supposed to be quite old: she was Cinderella’s godmother (even then she was old) and when Agatha & band meets Cinderella she’s old.

Woah! A lot older than I thought! SO, they would probably cast someone with more of an aged look! Maybe Anne Hathaway fro another role? Like Princess Uma or Professor Anemone!
